Looks like I cooked a motor on the ole 312 Fittapaldi

Well after one time out on the boat this year and lending it to a buddy, it appears that I have a cooked motor on the 1988 312 Fittapaldi. We dewinterized and let my buddy take her out for the day and a hose blew off the raw water intake and he kept running it until it overheated real bad. We ran a compression test on the starboard motor and after we thought we had all the water out of the cylinders it read like this.
Cylinder #1 - 0 compression
Cylinder #3 - 0 compression
Cylinder #5 - 135
Cylinder #7 - 200 (obviously water was not all out or I sprayed to much fogger in it)

Cylinder #2 - 150
Cylinder #4 - 138
Cylinder #6 - 135
Cylinder #8 - 175

So my Mecanic finally pulled the heads today and won
