Cuddy Interior Light Bolster / Bumper

the two long padded boards overhead in the cuddy.

mine are about 6-1/2" x 10-1/4" x 3/8"

One of mine is broken ..  they appear to be plywood, but I am not sure where they got a 10' length of plywood (unless they cut it out diagonally) what are you guys using to replace these?
