Maybe find a shop local that will weld and psi test?   I had that done once on a Hydrostream 30 gal. Tank.

I'm suspecting my tank is letting water in somewhere in my 313.   I think I'm going to pull it over the winter and find a place to psi test and weld if needed.  I having a feeling I'm underestimating the job though. I've underestimated just about everything on this boat so far.  30 year old 31 ft boat with twins is just triple the $ and work of anything I've owned over the past 20 years.

At the marine equipment trade center in the netherlands i've met a firm that produce a kind of bladder to put in the tank.
